Comment period on the modification of text of proposed regulation.  This proposed regulation was originally the subject of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published on November 27, 2015.  After consideration of comments received, OEHHA has modified the text of the proposed regulation.  This comment period closes April 11, 2016.  

Comment period on a proposed Proposition 65 Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for bisphenol A (BPA) (dermal exposure from solid materials) of 3 micrograms per day.  Comment period closes on May 16, 2016.

Comment period on the possible reproductive toxicity of: n-Hexane, Nickel and Nickel Compounds, Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and its salts, Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and its salts. Comment period closes April 4, 2016.

Comment period on the developmental toxicity of Abiraterone acetate.  Comment period ends on February 29, 2016.

The comment period on the proposed repeal and adoption of new, Article 6 - Clear and Reasonable Warnings is extended to January 25, 2016.

Public hearing on January 13, 2016 on new regulations that would further the “right-to-know” purposes of the statute and provide more specific guidance on the content of safe harbor warnings for a variety of exposure situations, and corresponding methods for providing those warnings.

Extension of public comment period and announcement of a public meeting on whether hydrogen cyanide and cyanide salts meet the authoritative bodies listing criteria set forth Title 27, Cal. Code of Regulations, section 25306.

 45-day public comment period on the revised hazard identification document on the reproductive toxicity for methyl-n-butyl ketone  and its active metabolite, 2,5-hexanedione
