The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) will host an in-person and online workshop to discuss potential amendments to the Proposition 65 regulations on July 30, 2026. The workshop will include a discussion of potential regulatory amendments that OEHHA will publish on its website prior to the workshop.

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment will convene a meeting of the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee on June 18, 2026. The meeting will include a discussion and updates on the development of hazard identification materials on p,pʹ-bisphenol chemicals.

The California Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) intends to list hydrochlorothiazide, voriconazole, and tacrolimus as known to the state to cause cancer under the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, sections 25249.5 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code (HSC), otherwise known as Proposition 65.
