September 12, 2016 public hearing to discuss the proposed action to continue to allow the temporary use of point-of-sale warning messages for BPA exposures from canned and bottled foods and beverages until warnings can be placed on newly manufactured cans and/or BPA is removed from the linings, until December 30, 2017.

This is a 45-day public comment period on five chemicals or chemical groups to be discussed at the November 2016 meeting of the Proposition 65 Carcinogen Identification Committee (CIC).

Public review of a hazard identification document to support the reconsideration of chloroform as a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as known to cause reproductive toxicity.

Proposal to adopt Proposition 65 Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs) of 100 micrograms per day for oral exposure to  atrazine, propazine, simazine, 2,4‑diamino‑6‑chloro-s-triazine (DACT), des-ethyl atrazine (DEA), and des-isopropyl atrazine (DIA).

Comment Period - Notice of Intent to List bromodichloroacetic acid via the authoritative bodies listing mechanism

As required by Government Code section 11346.8(c), and Title 1, section 44 of the California Code of Regulations, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is providing notice of additional changes to the proposed regulation to repeal and add a new Article 6 to Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.

OEHHA extends the public comment period on the proposed regulation to repeal Article 6 and adopt a new Article 6 to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday April 26, 2016.

Closed public comment period on the proposed Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for oral exposure to ethylene glycol of 8,700 micrograms per day.  One comment received.
