Public Comment Period and Workshop on the Draft Hot Spots Cancer Inhalation Unit Risk Factor for 1-Bromopropane
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is releasing a document for public review that summarizes the carcinogenicity and derivation of a cancer inhalation unit risk factor (IUR) for 1-bromopropane (1-BP). The posting of the document will commence a 45-day public review period that will end on June 21, 2021 and a remote public workshop will be held virtually on May 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM.

Notice of Public Hearing and Extension of Comment Period for Proposed Amendments to Article 6 Clear and Reasonable Warnings Cannabis (Marijuana) Smoke and Delta-9-THC Exposure Warnings New Sections 25607.38 – 25607.47
 OEHHA has received a request to hold a public hearing on the proposed amendments, and has scheduled a public hearing on May 10, 2021, that can be viewed on YouTube. There are two ways that you can view the Public Hearing.
