OEHHA will convene a meeting of the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee (DARTIC). At this meeting the DARTIC will consider the possible listing of bisphenol S (BPS) based on developmental toxicity. OEHHA is also opening a 45-day public comment period on the hazard identification document entitled “Evidence on the Developmental Toxicity of Bisphenol S."

Public comment period on the Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs) for oral exposure to  atrazine, propazine, simazine, 2,3-diamino-6-chloro-s-triazine (DACT)*, des-ethyl atrazine (DEA), and des-isopropyl atrazine (DIA) that induce reproductive toxicity by amending Section 25805(b) of Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.

Announcement of Public Hearing for Proposition 65 lead agency website. This regulation would establish a framework for a website operated by OEHHA to provide information about potential exposures to listed chemicals.

March 2015 public hearing and comment period repeal of article 6 and adoption of new article 6 : Clear and Reasonable Warnings.  These new regulations would further the “right-to-know” purposes of the statute and provide more specific guidance on the content of safe harbor warnings for a variety of exposure situations, and corresponding methods for providing those warnings.
