Includes changes in critical study and endpoint selection, and updated dose-response analysis and exposure estimates.  These changes resulted in the revision of the antimony PHG to 1 ppb.

The updated PHGs are 0.7 parts per billion (ppb) for carbofuran, 6 ppb for diquat, 0.3 ppb for endrin, 166 ppb for picloram, and 42 ppb for thiobencarb, all based on non-cancer effects.

Comments are available for public review on a 45-day public comment period on five chemicals or chemical groups to be discussed at the November 2016 meeting of the Proposition 65 Carcinogen Identification Committee (CIC).
