Proposition 65 Notices
Comment Period on the Notice of intent to list: Hydrogen cyanide and cyanide salts as known to cause male reproductive toxicity
Comment Period - Request for information relevant to the assessment of the carcinogenicity of: N‑methyl‑N‑nitroso‑1‑alkylamines, N-methyl-N-nitroso-1-octanamine, -decanamine, ‑dodecanamine, and ‑tetradecanamine
Comment Period - Revision of Proposed Specific Regulatory Level and Augmentation of Record for Proposed Regulation: Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 25805, Specific Regulatory Levels: Chemicals Causing Reproductive Toxicity Sulfur Dioxide
Revision to the proposed MADL for sulfur dioxide from 220ug/day to 10,000 ug/day
Notice of intent to list: Hydrogen cyanide and cyanide salts as known to cause male reproductive toxicity.
Proposal to adopt Proposition 65 Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs) for hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and cyanide salts (CN salts). The proposed oral MADL for HCN and CN salts, expressed in terms of cyanide, is 9.8 micrograms per day. For hydrogen cyanide and cyanide salts that dissociate to the cyanide ion, the MADLs are calculated by multiplying the molecular weight of the compound by 0.38.
Meeting announcement and synopsis of the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee for Monday, March 18, 2013.
Request for information as to whether methyl isobutyl ketone meets the criteria for listing as a reproductive toxicant under the authoritative bodies listing mechanism.
Request for relevant information on a chemical being considered for listing by the Authoritative Bodies mechanism: Trichloroethylene (TCE).
Request for information as to whether "emissions from combustion of coal" meet the criteria for listing as known to the State to cause cancer under the authoritative bodies listing mechanism.
Request for information as to whether methyl isobutyl ketone meets the criteria for listing as a reproductive toxicant under the authoritative bodies listing mechanism.
Comment Period - Request for information as to whether "emissions from combustion of coal" meet the criteria for listing as known to the State to cause cancer under the authoritative bodies listing mechanism
Extension of the comment period for adoption of a Maximum Allowable Dose Level for bisphenol A.
Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee is scheduled to deliberate on the reproductive toxicity of deltamethrin and determine whether the chemical has been clearly shown through scientifically valid testing according to generally accepted principles to cause reproductive toxicity.
2013 request for information on the possible Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for exposures to bisphenol A (BPA).
OEHHA is withdrawing the notice of intent to list styrene via the Labor Code mechanism
Agenda summary meeting transcript and other details from the February 25, 2013 DART IC meeting
OEHHA changes the basis for the listing of actinomycin D (CAS No. 50-76-0) as a chemical known to the state to cause cancer. Actinomycin D was originally added to the Proposition 65 list as causing cancer via the Labor Code listing mechanism; the new basis for listing is via the formally required to be labeled or identified mechanism.
Extension of comment period to allow for the submission of scientific information for Bisphenol A.
