OEHHA has determined that certain sections of the Proposition 65 regulations are not organized in a manner that is easily understood by persons not trained in law. As part of an ongoing project to clarify and update these regulatory provisions, OEHHA is considering reorganizing section 25601of Title 27, California Code of Regulations to make it more user-friendly.
