Change of effective date of listing for atrazine, propazine, simazine, des-ethyl atrazine (DEA), des-isopropyl atrazine (DIA) and 2,3-diamino-6-chloro-s-triazine (DACT)* from October 2015 to December 2015.

This regulatory action adds a section to the existing Proposition 65 implementing regulations that sets forth the criteria for listing chemicals by reference to Labor Code section 6382(b)(1), as required under Health and Safety Code section 25249.8(a).
