New Section 25904 Listings by Reference to the California Labor Code

On July 6, 2015, the Office of Administrative Law approved the adoption of Section 25904, Chemical Listings by Reference to California Labor Code section 6382(b)(1), to Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.  This regulatory action adds a section to the existing Proposition 65¹  implementing regulations that sets forth the criteria for listing chemicals by reference to Labor Code section 6382(b)(1), as required under Health and Safety Code section 25249.8(a).

The regulation will be effective on October 1, 2015.
