Proposition 65: No Significant Risk Level for 1,3-Dichloropropene (1,3-D)

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has adopted an NSRL of 3.7 micrograms per day for exposures to 1,3-dichloropropene by the oral and inhalation routes (adopted in Title 27, Cal. Code of Regs., Section 25705(b)). NSRLs provide guidance for determining when a warning is required for exposures to chemicals listed as causing cancer. Final Approval/OAL Action

The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on June 13, 2022. The effective date for the regulation is October 1, 2022.
