- Chemicals Proposed for Listing by the Labor Code Mechanism (Reproductive and Developmental Toxicants)
Basis for listing phenylphosphine as known to the State to cause male reproductive toxicity changed from Labor Code to State's Qualified Experts effective June 6, 2014.
The general endpoint of male reproductive toxicity identified by the DARTIC was also the endpoint that supported the original listing on August 7, 2009. Due to a typographical error, the Proposition 65 list had incorrectly stated the general endpoint as developmental toxicity.
