Chemicals listed effective March 22, 2011 as known to the State to cause cancer: MON 4660 (dichloroacetyl-1-oxa-4-azaspiro(4,5)-decane) (CAS No. 71526-07-3), MON 13900 (furilazole) (CAS No. 121776-33-8) and pymetrozine (CAS No. 123312-89-0).

Approved amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b)(1), that adopt 8.2 micrograms per day as the No Significant Risk Level for 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT) for purposes of Proposition 65.

Adoption of 0.54 micrograms per day as the No Significant Risk Level for glycidol for purposes of Proposition 65.

The hazard identification document entitled: “Evidence on the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicity of Sulfur Dioxide" is available for public comment.  The DART IC meeting is scheduled for May 12 and 13, 2011.

The Public Health Goal for trichlorotrifluoroethane (Freon 113) has been updated.

OEHHA adopted revised toxicity equivalency factors for polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) and dibenzofurans (PCDFs), and for dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) to conform to the most recent values (TEF WHO-05).
