OEHHA's modified proposal to add section 25904 to Title 27, Cal. Code of Regulations.  The regulation was reorganized to better implement the statutory language of Proposition 65, which incorporates sections 6382(b)(1) and 6382(d) of the California Labor Code.

Announcement of two public pre-regulatory workshops on June 17, 2013: possible regulation concerning the listing of chemicals under the Proposition 651 Labor Code mechanism ; and possible amendments to the regulations governing qualifications for members of the Carcinogen Identification Committee (CIC) and the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee (DART-IC).

Proposal to adopt Proposition 65 Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs) for oral exposure to atrazine, propazine, simazine, 2,3-diamino-6-chloro-s-triazine (DACT)*, des-ethyl atrazine (DEA), and des-isopropyl atrazine (DIA) that induce reproductive toxicity by amending Section 25805(b) of Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.

In January 2013 OEHHA proposed to adopt a Proposition 651 Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) of 290 micrograms per day for exposures to bisphenol A (BPA).

These regulations would further the "right-to-know" purposes of the statute and provide more specific guidance on the content of safe harbor warnings for a variety of exposure situations, and corresponding methods for providing those warnings. It also would add a specific section to the regulations addressing the relative responsibilities for providing warnings for businesses in the chain of commerce versus retail sellers of a given product.

2015 proposal to adopt a No Significant Risk Level (NSRL) of 146 micrograms per day for diisononyl phthalate (DINP), by amending Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b).

Notice of proposed rulemaking and public hearing for a regulation to establish a framework for a website operated by OEHHA that would provide information to the public about potential exposures to listed chemicals.
