The hexavalent chromium MCL of 0.01 mg/L (established July 1, 2014), by court order, is no longer in effect as of September 11, 2017. The previous MCL of 0.05 mg/L for total chromium remains in place while SWRCB develops a new MCL for hexavalent chromium. |
