Synthetic Turf Potential Health Impacts Public Workshop - San Diego

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is holding a public workshop to discuss plans and solicit input for an upcoming study of the potential health impacts of synthetic turf fields and playground mats.  The workshop will be held on Monday, November 12, 2015, in San Diego and will begin at 6:00 pm and conclude about 8:00 pm. The purpose of the workshop is to obtain input on our proposed study of potential exposures and health impacts from synthetic turf fields, solicit ideas, input, and comments. A workshop agenda will be posted later. An R.S.V.P. is not required for attending but would be appreciated to help us plan for the workshops.
