OEHHA Staff Transparencies from Meeting: Carcinogen Identification Committee Held on November 16, 2000

A meeting of the Carcinogen Identification Committee (CIC) was held on November 16, 2000, at the Elihu Harris State Office Building in Oakland, California. Below are the transparencies of presentations made by staff of California Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). The segments of the agenda covered with this material include the "Consideration of Chemicals Known to Cause Cancer." The CIC identified MX(3-chloro-4-(dichloromethyl)-5-hydroxy-2-(5H)-furanone) for listing as known to the state to cause cancer. The CIC also discussed the "Revised Criteria For Identifying Chemicals For Listing As 'Known To The State To Cause Cancer'".
