On November 20, 2008, the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee will determine if chlorpyrifos should be added to the Proposition 65 list of chemicals known to the State to cause reproductive toxicity.

OEHHA has determined that certain sections of the Proposition 65 regulations are not organized in a manner that is easily understood by persons not trained in law. As part of an ongoing project to clarify and update these regulatory provisions, OEHHA is considering reorganizing section 25601of Title 27, California Code of Regulations to make it more user-friendly.
