Apr 1, 2016: Extension of Comment Period - Modification to Text of Proposed Regulation Proposed Repeal of Article 6 and Adoption of New Article 6, Proposition 65 Clear and Reasonable Warnings

OEHHA extends the public comment period on the proposed regulation to repeal Article 6 and adopt a new Article 6 to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday April 26, 2016.
