Extension of Public Comment Period - Proposed Repeal of Article 6 and Adoption of New Article 6, Proposition 65 Clear and Reasonable Warnings

On November 27, 2015, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to repeal Article 6 and adopt a new Article 6 in Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.  The publication of the notice opened a public comment period that was scheduled to close on January 22, 2016. 

OEHHA is extending the public comment period on this proposed regulation to 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 25, 2016.
