Second extenson of public comment period on OEHHA’s intent to list S,S,S-tributyl Phosphorotrithioate (Tribufos, DEF) under Proposition 65 as a chemical known to the state to cause cancer.

Announcement of a September 21st and 22nd, 2010 CIC meeting.  The committee will consider 1,3-Dichloro-2-propanol (1,3-DCP), 3-Monochloropropane-1,2-diol (3-MCPD) and prioritization of 27 chemicals.

Notice of intent to list S,S,S-tributyl phosphorotrithioate as known to the state to cause cancer under the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

2010 Comment period on the prioritization of 27 chemicals identified for consultation with the Proposition 65 Carcinogen Identification Committee

Public comment period for the hazard ID materials for Fluoride and Its Salts, and Tris(1,3-Dichloro-2-Propyl) Phosphate.  Both will be considered for listing at the October 2011 meeting.

Availability for public review of the documents entitled: “Evidence on the Carcinogenicity of 1,3-Dichloro-2-propanol (1,3 DCP)” and “Evidence on the Carcinogenicity of 3-Monochloropropane-1,2-diol (3-MCPD).” The CIC will consider these documents in making any listing decisions on these chemicals.

Extension of comment period for proposed amendments to Section 25801, 25803, and 25805 of the California Code of Regulations, Title 27. 

Extension of  the comment periods for both the administrative listing for acrylamide and the proposed maxuimum allowable dose level for acrylamide.

Extension of comment period for soliciting information relevant to the administrative listing of acrylamide as a chemical known to cause reproductive toxicity.
