Proposition 65: Omnibus 2026 Pre-Rulemaking

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) will host an in-person and online workshop to discuss potential amendments to the Proposition 65 regulations on July 30, 2026. The workshop will include a discussion of potential regulatory amendments that OEHHA will publish on its website prior to the workshop.
