Amendment to Section 25805 Maximum Allowable Dose Level – Metham Sodium

On July 17, 2018, the Office of Administrative Law approved an amendment of Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25805, Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for the chemical metham sodium. The regulation will be effective on October 1, 2018.  This regulation establishes a MADL of 290 micrograms per day for metham sodium.
