Amendment to Section 25805, Maximum Allowable Dose Level - Bisphenol A (Dermal Exposure from Solid Materials)

On June 13, 2016, the Office of Administrative Law approved the amendment of Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25805, Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for the chemical bisphenol A (dermal exposure from solid materials).  The regulation will be effective on October 1, 2016.  This regulation establishes a MADL of 3 micrograms per day for bisphenol A (BPA) from dermal exposure from solid materials.
