Amendment to Section 25705 No Significant Risk Level for Trichloroacetic Acid
On July 6, 2021, the Office of Administrative Law approved the amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705, to add a No Significant Risk Level for the chemical trichloroacetic acid. The regulation will be effective on October 1, 2021. This regulation establishes a No Significant Risk Level of 9.9 micrograms per day for trichloroacetic acid for purposes of Proposition 65.[1]
