Attached please find joint comments from the Consumer Healthcare Products Association and the Personal Care Products Council on the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment’s proposed No Significant Risk Level (NSRL) for vinyl acetate as well as the proposed possible new Section 25901 outlining the factual information needed to demonstrate what would constitute a consumer product exposure to vinyl acetate monomer.
