Comment - 21966 - Personal Care Products Council

On behalf of the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) and its members, I am writing to formally request an extension of the 15-day public comment period for the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA)’s proposed modification and addition of documents to the rulemaking: Proposition 65 No Significant Risk Level (NSRL) a dermal NSRL for diethanolamine (DEA). The current deadline for comments is June 25, 2026. PCPC respectfully requests a 30-day extension. We also request that the comments be due Monday, July 27th to account for July 25th falling on a Saturday.
