The Leggett Pharmacokinetic Model Code

The following AIR Leggett+ code download files are only useful for users who have MATLAB software loaded on their computer. To download the files, right-click and save the link to your MATLAB folder on your computer. Open Part A, and select “run”. Part A of the program code calls or “runs” Part B during the simulation. When the simulation has finished, a graph should appear.

Leggett

Additional code is now available to run episodic oral intake levels for updating the Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for lead. The use of Leggett+ for this purpose is described in a recent document entitled Possible Amendments to Section 25805 Specific Regulatory Levels: Chemical Causing Reproductive Toxicity (OEHHA August 2015). This extension to Leggett+ is now available for public use.
