OEHHA has submitted comments on US EPA’s Updated Draft Risk Calculation Memorandum for a revised Risk Evaluation for Formaldehyde under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

OEHHA is referring ethoprop to the Carcinogen Identification Committee, the state’s qualified experts for carcinogenicity determinations under Proposition 65, for review for possible delisting.

OEHHA has selected p,pʹ-bisphenol chemicals for the DARTIC’s review for possible listing under Proposition 65 as causing reproductive toxicity. p,pʹ-Bisphenol chemicals include p,pʹ-bisphenols, and ethers and esters of p,pʹ-bisphenols.
