Intent to change the basis for the listing of dichloroacetic acid as known to the state to cause reproductive toxicity under the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Dichloroacetic acid was listed based on its identification as causing male reproductive toxicity in the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) Threshold Limit Values (TLVs).
