Information about the Proposition 65 carcinogen acrylamide

On May 7, 2018, the Office of Administrative Law approved the adoption of a new subsection under Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Chapter 2, Pesticide Program.

The regulation will be effective on July 1, 2018.  This regulation establishes a No Significant Risk Level of 0.88 micrograms per day for vinylidene chloride for purposes of Proposition 65.
