Effective December 31, 2021, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is adding Perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA) and its salts to the list of chemicals known to the state to cause reproductive toxicity for purposes of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65).

Effective December 24, 2021, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is adding perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) and its salts and transformation and degradation precursors to the list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer for purposes of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65)
