The Carcinogen Identification Committee (CIC) and the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant (DART) Identification Committee are designated as the “State’s Qualified Experts” and evaluate chemicals for listing under Proposition 65.

The drinking water indicator combines information about 10 contaminants and 2 types of water quality violations that are sometimes found when drinking water samples are tested.

The Synthetic Turf Scientific Advisory Panel is a group of expert scientists that have been invited by OEHHA to provide scientific advice on OEHHA’s Synthetic Turf Study. The first panel meeting was held on February 8, 2016 in Sacramento and was webcast.  The public was given opportunity to submit comments at the meeting. 

Adoption of the "Lead Agency website" regulation.  This site will be separate from the main Proposition 65 website and provide supplemental information to the public about warnings.

OEHHA’s efforts to update and test the Leggett pharmacokinetic model are described in the report entitled "Estimating Workplace Air and Worker Blood Lead Concentrations using an Updated Physiologically-Based Pharmacokinetic (PBPK) Model." The new model was renamed Leggett+ and is available for public use.
