A Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for chromium (hexavalent compounds) was established.  The amendment will become effective July 29, 2011.

This rulemaking action clarifies the original intent of the regulation and allows for the most current and appropriate methodology to be applied to quantitative risk assessment.  This amendment also provides default age-specific bodyweights to be used in calculation of the maximum allowable dose level. The amendment is effective on April 16, 2011. 

 A No Significant Risk Level for imazalil of 11 micrograms per day was adopted effective April 25, 2012.

A notice to establish a specific regulatory level posing no significant risk for imazalil was posted on the OEHHA website and published in the CRNR on September 9, 2011. OEHHA is withdrawing that notice because a number of non-substantive, clarifying changes to the notice were required.
