OEHHA is repealing Sections 25607.30 and 25607.31 related to provisions adopted via emergency regulations for warnings for Bisphenol A exposures from canned and bottled foods and beverages, because these sections were superseded by other regulatory provisions.
OEHHA has received a request for a Safe Use Determination (SUD) for the use of diisononyl phthalate (DINP) in Interface GlasBac® and GlasBac®RE modular carpet tile, specifically that exposures to DINP in the carpet tile do not present significant cancer risks under Proposition 65, and therefore do not require a warning. The request is made by Interface, Inc. pursuant to Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations, section 25204(b)(3).
