Announcement of a public workshop on December 3, 2008 to discuss the concepts concerning a possible regulation to provide guidance for food retailers on how to provide warnings for exposures to listed chemicals in foods.
The DARTIC met on November 20, 2008 to consider the potential listing of hexavalent chromium and chlorpyrifos.

OEHHA is proposing changes in the regulatory language of section 25204 that will give OEHHA’s determinations presumptive effect in an enforcement proceeding. Section 25204 sets out the procedures and criteria for requesting that OEHHA issue a Safe Use Determination (SUD).
