Products with BPA Linings or Seals

Notice:  The temporary regulation allowing for point-of-sale warnings for bisphenol-A (BPA) exposures from canned and bottled foods has expired and is no longer a safe harbor option for businesses.

Please refer to the general consumer product warning provisions in Subarticle 2 of the regulations for acceptable methods and content for exposures to BPA.  Here is a Question and Answer document for businesses regarding the warning regulations:
