Extension of Comment Period - Tabulating Epidemiological and Animal Data In Hazard Identification Documents for the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee

On December 4, 2013, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) announced the beginning of the public comment period on the draft templates for tabulating epidemiological and animal data in documents prepared for the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee (DART IC).  The comment period was to close on Monday, December 23, 2013; however OEHHA received a request from the Western Plant Health Association to extend the comment period. 

The comment period is hereby extended until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2014.  We encourage you to submit comments in electronic form, rather than in paper form.  Comments transmitted by e-mail should be addressed to P65Public.comments@oehha.ca.gov.  Please include “DART Data Tabulations” in the subject line.  Comments submitted in paper form may be mailed, faxed, or delivered in person to the addresses below:
