Extension of Comment Period - Proposed Section 25904 Listings by Reference to the California Labor Code and Proposed Amendments to Section 25302 Science Advisory Board

On June 17, 2013, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) held a public pre-regulatory workshop for the purpose of gathering input from interested parties concerning possible regulatory action addressing the listing of chemicals under the Proposition 65¹ Labor Code mechanism² . OEHHA received requests from interested parties, including APTCO, LLC, to extend the public comment period for 30 days. OEHHA hereby extends the public comment period to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013.
