Request for information as to whether clodinafop-propargyl, diclofop-methyl, and epoxiconazole meet the criteria for listing as causing cancer under the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 via the authoritative bodies listing mechanism.
Epoxiconazole was added to the list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer based on the authoritative bodies mechanism. The listing is effective April 15, 2011.
