2nd Extension of Comment Period - Comment Period - Proposed Specific Regulatory Levels - Chemicals Causing Reproductive Toxicity: Methanol

On March 16, 2012, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) published a notice in the California Regulatory Notice Register proposing an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 25805, to establish Maximum Allowable Dose Levels for methanol.  A subsequent notice was published on April 20, 2012 announcing that a public hearing would be held on May 7, 2012 and the comment period would be extended until May 21, 2012.  OEHHA has received a request from the Technology Sciences Group for an additional extension.  OEHHA hereby extends the public comment period on this proposed amendment to 5:00 p.m., Monday June 25, 2012.
