On behalf of DuPont Crop Protection, we are requesting that chlorsulfuron be removed from the list of chemicals established under the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65). Chorsulfuron was added to the list on May 14, 1999 as a developmental, male reproductive, and female reproductive toxicant via the “Authoritative Bodies” listing mechanism.
