Proposition 65 Compliance Guidance & Regulatory Updates for Businesses (webinar rerun)

OEHHA’s Proposition 65 Implementation Team will host another presentation that will help businesses understand and comply with Proposition 65. The presentation will provide an overview of business requirements under Proposition 65, who is required to provide warnings, how to determine whether a warning is required, and how to provide warnings. We will also go over recent updates to Proposition 65 regulations. At the end of the presentation, we will have a brief question-and-answer session. 

Please note that this webinar will provide the same material in the same format as the one we hosted on July 22, 2025. No new material will be presented.
