Notice of Rulemaking Title 27, California Code of Regulations Amendment to Section 25705 Specific Regulatory Levels Posing No Significant Risk: 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene
On January 26, 2011, the Office of Administrative Law approved amendments to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b)(1), that adopt 8.2 micrograms per day as the No Significant Risk Level for 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT) for purposes of Proposition 65. The amendment is effective on February 25, 2011.
