Notice of Adoption of Text Title 27, California Code of Regulations Amendment of Section 25705 Specific Regulatory Levels: No Significant Risk Level Bromoethane
On December 17, 2012, the Office of Administrative Law approved an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b)(1), that adopts a No Significant Risk Level of 96 micrograms per day for exposures to bromoethane for the purposes of Proposition 65. This amendment is effective on January 16, 2013.
