Notice Of Addition Of Documents And Information To OAL Rulemaking File No. Z-08-0318-08, Amendment To Title 27, Section 25705: No Significant Risk Level (NSRL) for Ethylbenzene

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is providing notice that documents and other information which the agency has relied upon in proposing an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 25705, have been added to the rulemaking file and are available for public inspection and comment.1

The documents and information added to the rulemaking file are listed below.  These documents are available for inspection at OEHHA’s office located at 1001 “I” Street, 19th Floor, Sacramento, CA, beginning on February 10, 2009 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.2; If you have any comments regarding these documents and other information, please submit your comments between February 10 and February 26, 2009.  Written comments must be submitted to OEHHA by e-mail, U.S. Mail, fax, courier or hand-delivery, no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 26, 2009, and addressed to:
