Extension of Public Comment Period, Lead Agency Website
On May 22, 2015, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment published a Notice of Modification to Text of the proposed regulation for the adoption of section 25205, Lead Agency Website. The publication of the notice opened a public comment period that was scheduled to close on April 8, 2015. This proposed regulation was originally the subject of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published on January 16, 2015, in the California Regulatory Notice Register (Register 2015, No. 0106-08).
OEHHA has received a request from the California Chamber of Commerce to extend the public comment period. OEHHA hereby extends the public comment period on this proposed regulation to 5 p.m., Monday, June 15, 2015.
