Amendments to Section 25903(b)(2)(E) and Appendix A and Adoption of Appendix B Contents of Notices of Violation
On August 23, 2017, the Office of Administrative Law approved amendments to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25903 and Appendix A to section 25903, and the adoption of Appendix B to section 25903. The changes will be effective on October 1, 2017. These amendments and the addition of Appendix B clarify the content required in notices of violation served on alleged violators of The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known as Proposition 65.
