Amended Agenda For The Meeting Of The DART Identification Committee

The California Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is the lead agency for the implementation of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65).

On October 10, 1997, OEHHA published a notice in the California Regulatory Notice Register announcing the public meeting of the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant (DART) Identification Committee and a tentative agenda. The meeting will be held on December 9, 1997 in the Auditorium at 744 P Street, Sacramento, California from 10:00 a.m. until all business has been conducted, or until 5:00 p.m. In addition to the agenda items presented in the October 10, 1997 notice, another agenda item will be discussed at the meeting. Following agenda item IV (Legal Opinion on dueling authoritative bodies), the DART Identification Committee will discuss the designation of authoritative bodies for purposes of formally identifying chemicals known to the State to cause reproductive toxicity.
