Attached are Seymour of Sycamore's comments relating to the proposed short form changes to Article 6 of Proposition 65. Seymour of Sycamore believes NO changes should be made to this regulation pertaining to formulated products that are labeled under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration's Hazardous Communication Standard.
